Do I need a WordPress website?
Website Embed works with Wix, Squarespace and other websites that permit external JavaScript and iframe content. RCC hosts the form and sends its plain text emails. The WordPress plugin has its own demo and subscriptions.
Does this confirm a booking?
Customers send an enquiry. Your garage confirms availability, pricing and any booking directly.
Can I match my website?
Choose a palette or your own HEX colours, rounded or sharp corners and edit the garage name and opening heading.
Can I switch MOT suggestions off?
Yes. Your garage controls the optional MOT issue selection. Recorded issues may already have been repaired.
How do monthly Checks work?
Successful searches count towards the allowance, including repeats served from the 24 hour vehicle cache. Failed searches do not consume a successful check.
Can I sell an enquiry I cannot take on?
The coming marketplace will offer an optional handover service. Try Sell this lead after completing the demo to register interest. It does not list or share the sample enquiry.
Is EasyWin a full garage management system?
EasyWin manages the website enquiry stage and vehicle data. It brings customer requests, vehicle details, MOT history, mileage and tax status together in your RCC account. Keep your existing workshop system for job management, accounting and invoicing.
